    For the non-RX eyewear, returns should be in brand new condition. You must return it with its original packaging along with the proof of purchase. The time should be within 30 days from intial delivery when you postmark for return.

    For RX eyewear returns, it must also be in brand new condition, comes with the original packaging and the proof of purchase.
    The time should be within 7 days from intial delivery when you postmark for return.

    Restocking Fee

    You have to remember that your prescription lenses were custom-made for you, a restocking fee amounting $40 will be deducted from your supposed refund to cover associated costs. Such a fee is not applicable to “Frame Only” items.
